info How Auto-Dial Works

  • • Contacts with 2+ SMS attempts and no reply are ready for auto-dial
  • • System uses AMD (Answering Machine Detection) to detect voicemail vs human
  • Human answers → Live transfer to 844-220-8626 + WhatsApp notification
  • Voicemail detected → Leaves automated message about Care Doc Now
  • • Use Hold Calling when salespeople are busy with existing calls
